This course is designed to equip employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to identify and address sexual harassment in the workplace effectively. It fosters a culture of respect and accountability by providing insights into the definitions, preventative measures and legal frameworks. Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, participants will deepen their understanding of the nuances of sexual harassment and explore practical ways to recognise, report, and support colleagues in need.
