About us

Glasshouse Training and Consultancy works with businesses that are ready to improve their organisational culture. Our team are experts on sexual violence and abuse, and have extensive experience teaching and facilitating learning. These skills will ensure we work collaboratively  with your business to make the environment safe from sexual harassment, misconduct, and other disrespectful and inappropriate behaviours that will not be tolerated. 

We can work with the leadership team to ensure that these values are implemented, and led by example, to cultivate a workplace culture that values respectful behaviours and relationships.

Our goal in working with organisations is to provide them with the tools to address sexual assault, misconduct, and abuse. We offer sexual harassment training for the workforce, but we don’t just talk about sexual harassment in our training; we offer to work with organisations on a bespoke scale to create a healthy culture that includes open dialogue and inclusion for all employees, developing plans for the needs of individual organisations by exploring and building on their current culture.

We offer bespoke training covering sexual violence and harassment, active bystander training, and trauma informed approaches for professionals, organisations, businesses, schools, and the third sector. We have more training coming soon.

When discussing or dealing with sexual harassment it is not unusual for you, or others in your organisation to show unconscious bias and/or feel underprepared or uncomfortable. We aim to provide your employees a safe space to explore and challenge many misconceptions associated with sexual violence and/or inappropriate behaviours. With our training, you are positively building an inclusive space where everyone feels safe. You will help to shift mindsets, prevent sexual harassment and support survivors effectively.
